County CEO’s are encouraged to apply to participate in the “Emerge Stronger” mentor/mentee program by completing this questionnaire. This is the first step in the process to evaluate your current business need and connect you with the appropriate expertise and resources. As part of this request you may receive a call to better understand your request and find an appropriate mentor match. Selected mentees will be provided with a set of guidelines to guide this process and participate in a matchmaking session.
The questionnaire addresses key questions about you and your business, as well as the immediate and long-term challenges you are facing due to COVID-19. The more accurate information provided by you the quicker we can provide you with additional assistance. We are looking very much forward to receive your application!

During this unprecedented time in which many local businesses have been impacted by COVID-19 shutdowns and changes in customer behaviors we have taken the initiative of launching a new mentoring program for our local business owners to help them navigate our current business environment and plan for the future. As a vital member of our community we need your knowledge and expertise to help others in our community. We appreciate your motivation to make your professional experience available to others in donated fashion in order for our local community to EMERGE STRONGER.
Please take a few moments to complete this questionnaire which will help us map your skills, industry expertise, and talents as a potential mentor to mentees and their needs. Your responses will help guide this process to ensure this is a fulfilling experience for you as a mentor, as well as for your mentee.
Based upon your profile from the questionnaire and the needs of our small businesses we will coordinate a professionally organized match-making process. This will include a training session for selected mentor and a facilitated match-making session.
