Mentors
Local CEO’s can apply to be matched with a business mentor through the Emerge Stronger program. Applicants will be screened, and if appropriate, matched with a mentor to assist them in addressing a specific COVID-19 business challenge. CEO applicants (“mentee”) agrees to meet with their business mentor 2-4 times for one hour or less, by December 4th to create an action plan to address their challenge. The mentor and mentee will coordinate mutually agreed to meeting times and schedules and report on final outcomes to PGCEDC. Meetings will be confidential and the advice of the mentor is of that individual mentor, not PGCEDC, FSC First or Bowie BIC. Emerge Stronger selected mentors will be matched with a mentee CEO based upon the specific COVID-19 business recovery challenge identified. Emerge Stronger mentors will have C-suite business experience and/or industry expertise to provide relevant guidance critical to the survival and ongoing development of the company.
